Become a Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Long Island Retro Gaming Expo! The convention is made up of a dedicated and passionate team. All volunteers receive:
- A Staff T-Shirt
- Food, beverages, & snacks provided during their volunteer time
- An invitation to the Volunteer Appreciation BBQ held in late summer every year
- Free entrance to the Expo for themselves and a guest
- A 15% discount on all Expo merchandise
- The satisfaction of being on a team of people who share the same passion for classic gaming and making lots of people happy!
Be a Vendor
Vendor registration is now open! If you’d like to be put on the mailing list please email us at [email protected]. LI Retro’s marketplace provides gamers an endless amount of take-home gaming experiences from both local and national vendors. Curated to ensure the best possible experience for attendees, LI Retro’s vendor hall will host a plethora of sellers across a variety of products ranging from retro resellers, modders, authors, artists, hobby enthusiasts, and more – all in the realm of the gaming culture.
Bring an Arcade or Pinball Machine
Thank you for wanting to contribute to our yearly celebration of classic gaming! Everyone who brings an arcade machine is eligible for up to two weekend passes per machine. Pinball machines are eligible for a payment of $350/per machine. You can also label your machine as for sale and it can be removed by a buyer at the end of one of the days.
